Encontramos que <strong>la tecnolog\u00eda y el marketing parecen haberse casado en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada<\/strong>, ya que no hay una campa\u00f1a donde la tecnolog\u00eda no est\u00e9 presente en alguna parte, no hay alguna marca que no est\u00e9 en redes sociales o que no piense en estarlo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfY c\u00f3mo ha cambiado el marketing de la mano de la tecnolog\u00eda?<\/strong> Los formatos de Ads, la rapidez del mensaje, el tiempo de medici\u00f3n de respuesta de los usuarios, el conocimiento de un target, la personalizaci\u00f3n del mensaje y la conversaci\u00f3n \u00edntima con el p\u00fablico. Con respecto a los <strong>formatos de las piezas publicitarias<\/strong>, antes los anuncios impresos eran dibujados o pintados a mano, luego apareci\u00f3 la imprenta, la cual permiti\u00f3 que se tuviera en otro formato y en mayor volumen de piezas en menor tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>En cuanto a la tv como canal masivo de mercadeo<\/strong>, sabemos que no exist\u00eda siquiera, entonces cuando John Loige Band realiz\u00f3 la primera transmisi\u00f3n televisiva en 1926 naci\u00f3 uno de los canales de publicidad por excelencia. Al principio los anuncios eran visualizados en blanco y negro, pero con los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos del momento, aparecieron los anuncios a color en la d\u00e9cada de los 60. Hasta hoy d\u00eda, en el que los televisores tienen nitidez, gran tama\u00f1o y un sonido envolvente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si hablamos de la radio<\/strong>, fue en 1891 cuando Nikola Tesla invent\u00f3 la radio (muchos le atribuyen este invento) y surgi\u00f3 otro medio masivo que por los mismos avances tecnol\u00f3gicos pudo llegar a cada vez m\u00e1s personas, pudo mejorar la nitidez del sonido y la estabilidad de la se\u00f1al para transmitir m\u00e1s calidad en las campa\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As\u00edmismo, est\u00e1 el tema de los dispositivos m\u00f3viles, ahora hay una oportunidad enorme de contactar a los consumidores porque llevan un celular en su bolsillo, tomando en cuenta que los primeros m\u00f3viles eran del tama\u00f1o de un ladrillo. Adem\u00e1s, ese hecho incluye la posibilidad de enviar <strong>distintos formatos de anuncios publicitarios (videos, fotos, mensajes de texto, etc)<\/strong> por distintas plataformas y aplicaciones m\u00f3viles y a cualquier hora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pero eso no es todo, <strong>la tecnolog\u00eda tambi\u00e9n jug\u00f3 un papel importante en los tiempos de env\u00edos y de respuestas.<\/strong> Por ejemplo, hace unos 20 a\u00f1os, para medirlas opiniones de un programa de tv hab\u00eda que hacer un testeo que llevaba su tiempo. Hoy d\u00eda, es posible conocer las reacciones de los usuarios en las redes sociales \u00a1en tiempo real!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, a ra\u00edz del avance tecnol\u00f3gico en dispositivos y en redes sociales, la <strong>conversaci\u00f3n entre usuario<\/strong>s y marcas ahora es m\u00e1s personal e \u00edntima, aun cuando se trata de una plataforma p\u00fablica. Por ende hay una <strong>personalizaci\u00f3n del mensaje<\/strong> presente. De hecho por la naturaleza de estas plataformas sociales y del movimiento en marketing, es casi un mandato personalizar el mensaje y la conversaci\u00f3n, cada vez m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El siguiente reto es seguir innovando y mantenerse a la par de los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos, ya que la innovaci\u00f3n no va a detenerse y pueda que vaya a\u00fan m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.
