Una opini\u00f3n en las redes sociales es un elemento crucial, porque puede modificar las decisiones de compra de los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero no solo las redes sociales se han unido a los elementos que todo responsable de marca debe tener en cuenta para llegar efectivamente al consumidor; el m\u00f3vil se ha convertido en un elemento de vital importancia. Los compradores est\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s conectados por Internet y esperan que las empresas tomen en cuenta este elemento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No se trata \u00fanicamente de tener una App m\u00f3vil o permitir que la Web corporativa se pueda ver sin problema en un dispositivo m\u00f3vil. El cambio tiene que ser mucho m\u00e1s amplio y tiene que tomar en cuenta el c\u00f3mo ofrecer los productos y servicios que la empresa dan a sus consumidores, por eso los responsables de las marcas est\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s volcados en estos puntos para cumplir con las expectativas de los consumidores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El \u00faltimo estudio del <em>State of Marketing <\/em>de Salesforce, arroja datos que demuestran que las empresas van a subir su inversi\u00f3n tanto en el \u00e1mbito de social media como en el de los dispositivos m\u00f3viles. El gasto en estos puntos est\u00e1 en la lista de prioridades de los responsables de las empresas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan las previsiones arrojas por el estudio, el 70 % de los responsables de marca esperan aumentar el gasto en publicidad en redes sociales. Las razones de esta inversi\u00f3n est\u00e1n relacionadas c\u00f3mo ven a las redes sociales en relaci\u00f3n a los productos. Un 64% cree que las redes sociales se han convertido en un elemento crucial para la existencia de productos y servicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el futuro del m\u00f3vil?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo que respecta al m\u00f3vil, las marcas est\u00e1n integr\u00e1ndolo cada vez m\u00e1s en sus estrategias de marketing y ser\u00e1 el principal tema de preocupaci\u00f3n de las empresas. El 68 de las compa\u00f1\u00edas est\u00e1n integrando el m\u00f3vil en sus estrategias. En 2014 s\u00f3lo el 48 % de las empresas pon\u00eda en su lista de prioridades integrar al m\u00f3vil en su estrategia de marketing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las inversiones en el terreno del m\u00f3vil no se quedar\u00e1n \u00fanicamente ah\u00ed. Un 65 % espera invertir dinero en crear notificaciones <em>push<\/em>, que son mensajes que avisan en el dispositivo m\u00f3vil de que se ha recibido una informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de invertir m\u00e1s en el \u00e1mbito social y de movilidad, los responsables del marketing de las empresas aseguran que durante todo el a\u00f1o 2015 aumentar\u00e1n o mantendr\u00e1n sus presupuestos.
