Seg\u00fan el estudio, los Smartphonatics difieren de otros consumidores en varios aspectos importantes, sobre todo en sus tendencias en adoptar servicios m\u00f3viles de pago y productos financieros con mayor facilidad que otros grupos.<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.tedexis.com\/files\/2012\/05\/Foto04.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.tedexis.com\/files\/2012\/05\/Foto04.jpg\" width=\"420\" height=\"240\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Smartphonatics tienden a ser j\u00f3venes de la generaci\u00f3n \u00abY\u00bb (edades de 20 y 31)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u201cLos Smartphonatics utilizan sus tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes de manera entusiasta cuando hacen compras de productos y servicios, as\u00ed como cuando interact\u00faan con sus bancos\u201d, dijo Aite Group, analista senior de Ron Shevlin. \u201cExisten en todo el mundo y si bien pueden estar m\u00e1s concentrados en algunos pa\u00edses, est\u00e1 bastante claro que son una fuerza emergente de consumo.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>Son estos Smartphonatics, dijo Shevlin, quienes est\u00e1n impulsando la adopci\u00f3n de la banca m\u00f3vil y pagos, y ser\u00e1n un agente de cambio. Shevlin advirti\u00f3 que las instituciones financieras y minoristas tendr\u00e1n que adaptarse o estar\u00e1n en riesgo de quedarse atr\u00e1s.<\/div>\n<div>\u201cLos consumidores esperan comprar y realizar transacciones en cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento\u201d, dijo Ralph Dangelmaier, presidente de Mercados Globales y Servicios, ACI Worldwide. Canad\u00e1 aparece en la \u00faltima posici\u00f3n, con un 18 %.<\/li>\n<li>Los Smartphonatics tienden a ser los consumidores m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes. El treinta y seis por ciento de la generaci\u00f3n Y (edades de 20 y 31), se les da el estatus de Smartphonatics. En los Baby Boomers (edades 47-65) alcanzan el 18 %, en la tercera edad (66 a\u00f1os y m\u00e1s) s\u00f3lo en un 8 % \u00a0representa a los Smartphonatics.<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.tedexis.com\/files\/2012\/05\/Foto05.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.tedexis.com\/files\/2012\/05\/Foto05.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a>\n<p>14 pa\u00edses fueron considerados en el estudio publicado por ACI Worldwide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>El estudio no predice que el aumento de la Smartphonatic significar\u00e1 el fin de la banca tradicional o sistemas de pago.
